SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
We are able to ship any of our products almost anywhere in Canada, limited only by restrictions imposed by carriers. It should be noted that some carriers restrict the type of products they're willing to ship. Firearms and ammunition may be subject to limited shipping options due to the policies of specific carriers.
Shipping process - Within Canada
Shipping estimates and delivery timelines are provided once an order is placed, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping options page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on the product's detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
​Shipping options- Within Canada
We use Canada Post and Purolator for shipping within Canada where possible. If restrictions are imposed by these carriers, due to the type of product being shipped, we may offer alternative carriers at checkout.
Innovation Armoury does not accept responsibility for loss or damages which occur during shipping. Please refer to the carrier's policies for returns, replacements, and/or shipping insurance.
SHIPPING TO THE USA
We are able to ship most of our products almost anywhere in the US. Our ability to ship to your state is dependent on the availability of a carrier, their willingness to ship the item, and the legal status of the item in your state. We do not accept responsibility if the item ordered is not legal to own in your state.

Shipping process - To the USA
Unless otherwise requested, shipping to the US will be through Canada Post to the border, then USPS to the final destination. Estimates will be provided once the order is placed, but shipping timeline is dependent on USPS.

If you’d prefer shipping to the US by another carrier, please contact us with your preference, and alternative shipping arrangements will be made. Please note that the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs if an alternative carrier is requested.
Duties, Customs, & Tariffs
By purchasing from Innovation Armoury, the buyer accepts all responsibility for the payment of duties, customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or any additional costs associated with importing products from Canada. The buyer is also responsible for any brokerage fees required.

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
